Welcome to Solaris. We're passionate about our products. Today Ireland is one of the remaining countries in the EU yet to grasp and utilise environmentally-friendly solar power products. Over the last 18 months our surveys, our research has shown that many of our EU partners have already reduced road accidents by up to 50% (in some cases 70%) by using a simple product called solar cats eyes.

The National Road Authority's report indicates that there are over 6500 potentially hazardous areas marked out for attention. For 2005 Solaris aims to introduce a series of trials in black spots areas where death as usual is occurring on an annual basis, and show, like our European partners, that lives can and are being saved with intelligent road markers. Why wait any longer?

Over the coming months you will find a lot of useful information on this website about solar technology and our product range. To date, we have three proven solar cats eyes/road markers on offer and will be introducing street signs and lighting in Autumn 2004.
